
Jenny has always been interested in health and well being. She has a health background and discovered yoga several decades ago and has been practising ever since. Jenny has been studying and practicing in the Oki-Do tradition for the last 7 years and completed the teacher training in 2008. Jenny believes yoga is a way to integrate or unite the physical, mental and spiritual aspects of one’s being.
Jenny brings to her classes a love of yoga, a sense of humour, a commitment to working with the individual to develop strength, flexibility and stability.
