Oki-Do Yoga

OKI-DO YOGA is a union of many disciplines including Indian Yoga, Chinese Taoism, Oriental Medicine and Japanese Zen.

It includes a great variety of exercises and natural movement with a flowing relationship to the traditional asanas. It mobilises, purifies, strengthens and balances. Starting the journey of yoga begins with cultivating the harmony of the body and of the mind & heart. Oki-do directs its training in a step by step way towards this human education and evolution.

Oki-do practices include asana, zen therapy exercises, meridian stretches, sound, shiatsu and meditation. Being mindful and wholehearted is the focus of all the classes.
